What is Garden Vila?

How long does delivery take?
Once your order is processed, most shipments reach their destination within 3 to 7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your package is on its way so you can follow its progress from our door to yours.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, every order includes free shipping. No minimum spend required. We aim to keep delivery simple and worry free.

Can I update or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may be able to adjust or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll check what can be done.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within United Sates. Our priority is to keep the experience smooth and dependable for our local customers. Any future expansion will be announced to our community.

What is your return policy?
If something isn’t quite right, you have 60 days from delivery to return your items. Email us at support@gardenvila.com and we’ll walk you through the steps.

How long do refunds take?
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are normally completed within 7 business days. Your bank may require a bit more time to finalize the credit.

Do you accept exchanges?
Yes. If you prefer an exchange, just send a message to support@gardenvila.com and we’ll help you choose the best replacement.
